Local physician John "Doc" Peterson celebrates the release of his long-awaited book, "The True-Life Adventures of Captain Wa Wah: Fifty Years of Music, Meditation and Politics" with a Release Party from 7:30-10p.m. on Friday, November 6th, 2009, at Doc's Music Hall, located at 215 S. Walnut St. in downtown Muncie. Music will be provided by Peterson, Simmons, and Dunn. There is no charge for admission, but guests must be 21+. Refreshments as well as a cash bar will be available. Books include an audio recording of 10 stories read by Dr. John and set to his music. Come help Doc celebrate and buy a book!
